These Terms of Service govern your use of the Scentsplitlink website and your purchases from Scentsplitlink. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

You must provide accurate and complete information at checkout. Scentsplitlink reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the information is incorrect, if the item is unavailable, if fraud is suspected, or if payment is not completed. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The amount shown at checkout includes the product price and shipping. Shipping is free. Scentsplitlink does not add handling fees, return restocking fees, or other hidden charges at checkout.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

3. Shipping

Scentsplitlink ships within the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT, Monday–Friday, enter processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is 4–7 business days. We do not process or ship on weekends or federal holidays.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns require the item to be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled under the Return & Refund Policy. Returns are sent by mail. After approval, we email a prepaid return label. Returns are free. We do not charge a restocking fee, return processing fee, or reset fee. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the return. Your bank or payment provider posts the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Product information

Scentsplitlink sells high-end niche fragrance samples, decants, and small-format bottles. Product descriptions, images, and notes are provided for general information. Fragrance performance varies by person, skin type, weather, and storage. We do not promise that a fragrance will perform in a specific way on every person.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and page design, belongs to Scentsplitlink or is used with permission. You do not receive ownership rights by using our website. You do not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without written permission.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with website security or operation
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or overload our website
  • Resell Scentsplitlink products as your own branded products without written permission

8. Disclaimer

Scentsplitlink provides the website and products as described. We do not promise that the website will be free of errors or uninterrupted. Fragrance products are personal care items. You are responsible for reviewing product information before ordering.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Scentsplitlink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

11. Changes to these terms

We update these terms when our business practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
